How to Place Orders

Orders can be placed in three ways

• On-line with a credit card
• You can print the shopping cart and then fax it to us
• Telephone or email us direct and arrange payment by cheque

Most items are shipped within 14 days but please allow 21 days for delivery, if products are out of stock Cloud Nine will contact you with the earliest delivery date.

Refund Policy

We fully guarantee our products, and will happily refund the full purchase price of them should you find something genuinely wrong with them.  Shipping and handling charges will be met by the purchaser.

Cloud Nine Weddings will not refund the shipping & handling charges.

Products must be returned to us at the purchasers cost in order to exact a refund, should the purchaser return the goods at the cost of Cloud Nine Weddings, we reserve the right to charge for handling of such goods to, and not limited to the full value of the goods.
